Da’ Cajun Shak

Well its Dads Birthday tomorrow and he requested Da Cajun Shak. I’ll be honest both Casssie and I were a little scared. Dad If you are reading this I’m sorry but you do have a very experimental pallet. To my surprise though the food was actually pretty decent. I had the chicken Lafayette which is chicken on a bed of rice and etouffee with a side of fried okra. While the food was slightly expensive for a hole in the wall Cajun joint; Overall it was a pleasant experience. Cassies surgery

Cassie’s second surgery has come and gone. So far recovery seems to me moving along faster then last time.
